Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Reply to specified emails
- Provide monthly performance reports
- Retain information and pay attention to company priorities
- Establish a strict procedure for payment of salaries and benefits
- Record all company finances
- Action on taxes and insurance and all matters related to government agencies
- Establishment of deposit, registration, and archiving systems
- Capture and maintain cash deposited with the company
- Ability to do teamwork and coordinate properly
- Perform other tasks assigned by the relevant manager
Other tasks and responsibilities:
- Advice to the CEO regarding personnel
- Provide a weekly report on working hours if operating outside the company
Terms of employment:
- Fluency in English and administrative correspondence in Persian and English
- Dominance on office software and full use of Gmail
- Advanced internet search capability
- Have at least a bachelor’s degree in management, economics, or accounting
