- Answering calls
- Distribution of calls to relevant departments
- Reply to emails specified by the administrator
- Response to evaluation forms
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

- Selling and booking telephone consultations
- Selling webinars to customers, especially city customers
- Perform document scanning service and etc. for customers
- Encourage applicants to complete the evaluation form
- Retain information and pay attention to company priorities
- Read all pages of the Sociex website
- Ability to do teamwork and coordinate properly
- Perform other tasks assigned by the relevant manager

- Provide posts for social media
- Provide a weekly report on working hours if operating outside the company
